DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR EQUIVALENT. EIGHT (8) YEARS (POST APPRENTICESHIP) EXPERIENCE AS AN ELECTRICIAN, AT LEAST (5) YEARS HAND ON EXPERIENCE INâ€.
